I am loving this combination.

When I take them together and then pause for a moment to feel what is happening, something  beautiful occurs. It's difficult to put into words. There is a  sense of alignment, presence, enthusiasm, and heart coherence that feels both energizing and peaceful at the same time.

I feel they can help us remember who we are and why we are here.

Soul Ignition feels like a spark of life-force (fire horse) energy. It brings movement, inspiration, courage, vitality, and a desire to move forward.

Noble Heart Illumination feels like a gentle yet powerful invitation to direct that energy toward something larger than ourselves — toward service, compassion, peace, and planetary awakening.

Recently I was talking with my dear friend Dr. Gigi Gaulin, guardian of Toisan, the beloved horse whose energy helped create Soul Ignition ~the Fire Horse essence.

She shared something that touched me.

The first time she took the essence, she was sitting with me on Lake Ouachita. As she connected with the essence, Toisan immediately appeared in her awareness.

 

There is something profoundly alive about this essence. It feels as though Toisan is genuinely happy to be participating in this work and continuing to share his presence in a new way.

The connection feels surprisingly tangible to me.

I seem to discover new layers each time I use it.

 

Life is especially sweet right now.

I just returned from four glorious days of chant, chant, chanting at SanghaFest in New Mexico and I am still blissed out.

Many of my very favorite kirtan artists were there, and being immersed in sacred music, community, devotion, and joy was super nourishing.

It reminded me once again that raising our vibration is so useful and so joyful!

For me, some of my favorite ways are:

And yes... I often put essences directly into my food.
