It’s official - Spring has sprung! Despite having lived in the northeast region of the United States for my entire life, I have never grown fond of the chilly, dark winters. Throughout the winter months you can find me daydreaming of barefeet, beach days, and warm sunshine on my skin. Each year as spring arrives I notice my energy begins to shift.
