1-11-1992- was referred to as an 11:11 doorway. 

It is a very significant date for me.  It was when I finally found a group of like hearted folks that knew the stuff I'd been searching for,   I used to say I'm looking for something and I don't know what it is.  That day changed everything for me.  The people I met taught me so much!  The magic, the alchemy, the ascended masters.  And it was shortly after that I began making essences.  If you are interested in the whole story of how I got started, I do have a book called Bliss and Blessings, the Divine Alchemy of Making the Star Flower and Gemstone Essences.

 

Now, here in 2025, I'm so grateful for all of the community that continues to  gather everywhere to add to the light of the world.  Here in Hot Springs, AR, where I gratefully live now, we like to say that community is our super power.   I loved living in Santa Barbara, CA for my first 71 years, and now for the past 9 ½ years I relish living here..

 

This is the list of essences that we are honoring, and that I made in 2025. They are all very useful in helping us prepare for the new world that is emerging.

I created this one initially for myself!  This spray supports memory, clarity, and recall—both practical and subtle. It weaves together flower and gemstone essences with essential oils traditionally associated with brain health and cognitive support, offering gentle assistance for remembering names, thoughts, dreams, soul memory, and the deeper wisdom we already carry, and it's time to remember!

I didn't expect to keep making new essences, We have so many.  As I think back about when I first learned about essences I was taught at the beginning of my journey (1986), is that there were no other essences besides the Bach, and that Dr. Bach died when the system was complete.  I had to sign that I wouldn't use any other essences if I wanted to remain a Bach practitioner.  That didn't last long for me.  I learned about lots of other essences, and eventually made a few myself, then- in 1994 - started Star Essence. I've always felt that Dr. Bach is one of my guides.  Now we have 100's of individual essences plus combinations (constellations) and sprays.  When is enough enough?  It makes for a complicated inventory,  People have suggested that for economic purposes I stick with my best sellers. My guidance is that if it is only for one person, to make it.  So when I hear the call, I listen, and act.  And everything works out so beautifully with the elements, the elementals and the validating signs I receive.  I already know there are some new ones this year that would like to join us.

I am so grateful for this glorious job that I have, and look forward to growing, glowing and expanding in 2026, as more and more folks realize the value and power of vibrational medicine and the realization that everything has a frequency.  With all that is happening in the world, one thing we can do to make it a better place is take good care of ourselves and raise our frequency.  Essences help!
