Recently some of the Peruvian essences keep jumping into my consciousness. The Peruvian collection is different than the Andean Orchids. ~even though they are both made in Peru.
The first one to jump in was
Cacao! I love preparing ceremonial cacao…To me the preparation itself is a most important part of the ceremony. The way we stir it, bless it, infuse it—it all matters. It's a conversation with the spirit of the plant..
For those of you who do Cacao ceremonies, or those that want to, or those who just drink it themselves.~What I want to share is that when I prepare Cacao I add the Sublime Chocolate - the Cacao essence to the mix.
It feels as though another dimension opens—like the cacao becomes more communicative, even more alive, and the heart more coherent. It takes it to a new octave.
I also like to add a bit of coriander and date syrup (because I do enjoy it being tasty). For groups I also keep a portion unsweetened.
I realized this would be something nice to share with you.
Making the Cacao essence was magical. We made it high in the Blue Mountains of the Andes, right near a waterfall, where we purified ourselves before we made the essence.
After that the
Amaranth came into my awareness- and I was guided to take it, and cook amaranth to eat ~ which I had never done, and to add the essence to that. It felt like taking the “Regal Amaranth RA" Amaranth essence was a frequency I needed at that time. Taking
Regal Amaranth ~ RA felt like receiving a very specific frequency transmission—nourishing, strengthening, and empowering.
And then there is the Dandelion that keeps coming up in conversations about being very important and to pay attention to it! (And it's growing all around here right now) It's literally about the face- and about facing things!
This essence helps us change our minds, we don't need to hang on to old perceptions. We can do an “about face” and turn around.
Then I saw the Dandelion embroidered on a hat- as a logo for "Curious Observer". Which I'm feeling more and more like as I wander around this planet lol.
