Spring is here in Arkansas. The flowers are blooming, and the world of Nature feels vibrant and awake, and alive with communication. I'm feeling how deeply our connection is with the plant kingdom, especially as I'm walking through my woods.
I love seeing so many folks gardening. It feels like Nature is a valuable antidote to whatever else is going on.
We know the plants are living intelligent beings — allies, healers, companions, frequency holders, and teachers. So many studies have shown that plants respond to intention and emotion, and their growth and health are directly by the attitude of the grower.
