I am feeling extremely blessed, living here in  Santa Barbara in my own wonderland.  I do watch some news, so that I can focus prayers and love and some attention - doing my best to remember to turn it off at some point (early), not to get swept away, aim to stay free of judgement, and send light and love equally.  Now that is an exercise.  : )

I know we are (as the bumper sticker says) knee deep in shift, and shift is certainly happening.  I am SO GRATEFUL for the flower and gem essences!!!!!!  They are so very helpful for these... intense... times.  Have you taken your essences today?

I have been vocationally aroused (Barbara Marx Hubbard term) for years, and now it is coming in at a whole new octave of excitement.  For me, a lot has happened since those December 2012 events.  I feel a huge forward momentum and abounding creativity, especially in regard to the essences.  I feel ecstatically grateful.  There is lots going on in that essence world, and I will continue to share it with you.

My Big Current Essence News:

4 or 5 years ago I received a message.  I remember it clearly (unlike a lot of things these days).

I was at an 8 day Sai Maa retreat in Colorado.  It was probably around day 5 and we were in silence for the day.  There were about 400-500 people.  We had the longest, deepest meditation ever - visiting Venus, splashing around in puddles of light...  around 3 hours, and I couldn't get out of my seat (or didn't want to) for about 30 minutes after.  When I slowly left the hall, I walked outside and sat by the creek.  There I began getting a very powerful message to "make all of the Bach essences in a golden crystal bowl." Dr. Bach came to me, as well as St. Germaine- urging me to do this.  It was quite beautiful, intense and specific.  I noticed that I was sitting under an Aspen tree.  Aspen was the first essence- a Bach essence- that I ever took.  The tree also seemed to have a lot to say that day.  Later that evening (when we were no longer in silence) I spoke with William, one of the owners of the crystal bowl company -Crystal Tones-, about this idea, and we discussed it for hours and hours.

We must have anchored it into the grids that night- with our energy and enthusiasm.

This Golden Bach essence project stayed in my consciousness, even though many times I let it go, for a number of reasons.

Then- bam- after 12-21-12 the golden bowl kept flashing into my consciousness. Then golden mustard flower began covering the hills around Santa Barbara and calling out to me.  The message was that the Golden Age has begun, and it is time to make the Golden Bach essences. These particular essences wanted to be made after the shift in energy... and...  I actually had the money to buy the bowl.

My original plan was to wait until I had made all 38 before releasing them... Ah, those forever changing plans.  Have you noticed it is getting even more challenging to commit to things?  We want to make some plans,  and yet still stay in the flow of the magic that is going on and stay present with the current moments.

Because this essence making journey is so profound and so fun, and because I realize that it is most powerful to write when that passion of the moment is present, I've decided to share the stories with you now, while they are fresh, instead of waiting until I finish with all 38 Bach essences.

Each flower so far has its own story of being found and recognized and being made.  I am putting the stories up on my Starry Starry Blog for you to follow, should you choose. It will document the journey- in more detail than in this newsletter, and with more photos, for those of you who are interested.  I will add to it as I make new ones.

So far I have made the Crabapple, Willow, Wild Oat, Mustard, Aspen, Rock Rose, Walnut, Pine and Honeysuckle.  So far the Aspen story wins the prize for most synchronicities and magic!

Tractor Tango Magic: Making the Aspen Essence

It seems all of nature is conspiring to help me to make these essences, and it is happening gracefully, and with so much fun. I have always felt guidance from Dr. Bach- from the very beginning of making essences, and these days he seems to be ever present with me.  Always he is there when I am making the essence, and sometimes he likes just showing up and sitting in my car with me while I am driving.   He says that is a good time to get my attention.  He was especially enthusiastic when I found the Aspen (on my land).

One of the very cool things is how many of the flowers I have found right on my land, and there are still some ready to bloom and be made.  I'm watching the Olive, the Vine, and- one that I just discovered a couple of days ago- Vervain.   Gorse has been spotted not too far away.   It will be interesting to see just how long it takes to find and make all 38~ at that magical moment of bloom.
